Join Sunbird Retreats as we enjoy the truly breathtaking views that Oahu has to offer. We will learn about the Polynesian culture at a traditional luau and explore the famous Waikiki beach and majestic mountains of Kualoa Ranch!
This 5-day retreat includes time to venture out on your own and numerous activities to adventure together! Our previous Hawaiian retreats were so enchanting, that we have decided to make Hawaii an annual tradition- exploring one island at a time!
Sample Itinerary
day ONE
Welcome to Hawaii! Check into our airbnb as early as 4:30pm. This is a day to relax and get settled into the new digs!
day TWO
On day two, we will wake up early for a guided road trip around the east coast of the island. We will snorkel in Hanauma Bay, visit the Halona Blowhole, and horseback ride through the valleys of Kualoa ranch.
Day Three
We begin the day by exploring the murals of Kakaako and end it with a luau: a highlight from previous retreats! Get ready to learn about the gorgeous culture of these idyllic islands.
Day four
We will spend the afternoon at the famous Waikiki Beach. Our “Retro Beach Babe” shoot will be followed by a hula show near Kalakaua Ave.
Day Five
Our final day in Hawaii will no doubt be spent trying to convince ourselves to board the plane back home! Checkout is at 11am, but those with a later flight will likely enjoy a lunch together before we head out!

FAQ
Is transportation included?
Transportation to the retreat location is not included. We have women attending from all over, so please arrange for your own transportation to the retreat.
Will food be provided?
We provide daily breakfast and will have snacks to share throughout the duration of the retreat!
What does “shared accommodation” mean?
We spend the entire weekend (or week) together for our retreats, so that means we will be all staying together in a shared home. Most often, retreat members will be sharing a king/queen sized bed with another attendee. If you did not book this trip with your bestie, no worries, you may be surprised at how quickly we get to know each other!
What should I bring?
Before each retreat, we will send a link to an informative app including the schedule and any particular clothing guidelines. Bring activewear suitable to the climate of your chosen retreat, some cute pjs for game night, and a nice outfit to go to dinner in. We will also have a photo shoot or two, so refer to your app for a “style board” for each shoot!
What is the age range of the women on your retreats?
We welcome women of a wide age range on our retreats, but generally, women are in the twenty to mid-thirty range. Older teens are also welcome, and in the past, some have decided to join with their mothers for a fun mother-daughter getaway!
How do I pay for the retreat?
We use an easy payment method called Pocket Suite, you can literally pay through a text message!
Do you offer payment plans?
We definitely do! We know traveling can be an investment, so we make it easy to pay for your trip with manageable monthly payments. $250 reserves your spot and the final payment is due one month before the retreat.
