Join Sunbird Retreats as we experience the exciting circus life that Las Vegas has to offer. We will partake in circus classes and get dressed up for a memorable girls night out: dinner and an incredible Cirque du Soleil show!
This retreat is perfect for ladies just dipping their toes in the circus world or experienced aerialists- there will be time to add all sorts of extra trainings if you wish!
Sample Itinerary
day ONE
Arrive by 3pm to join in on a fun German wheel class. Later, we will get to know each other better over game night!
Day two
This is our true “circus” day! We will wake up early to cheer each other on at the flying trapeze (don’t worry there are safety lines and nets), and finish the day off with the ultimate girls night: dinner and a Cirque du Soleil show!
There will be extra time this day to add additional circus classes or explore the city
Day Three
Our last day will be spent celebrating ourselves at a photo shoot in the desert! We will share our final lunch together and say goodbye to our new friends! Plan to fly out 3pm or later.

FAQ
Is transportation included?
Transportation to the retreat location is not included. We have women attending from all over, so please arrange for your own transportation to the retreat.
Will food be provided?
You will be responsible for your lunch/dinner, but we provide “house snacks” to share throughout the duration of the retreat. This usually includes muffins, fruit and bagels, so unless you have specific dietary needs, this usually covers breakfast too!
What does “shared accommodation” mean?
We spend the entire weekend (or week) together for our retreats, so that means we will be all staying together in a shared home. Most often, retreat members will be sharing a king/queen sized bed with another attendee. If you did not book this trip with your bestie, no worries, you may be surprised at how quickly we get to know each other!
What should I bring?
Before each retreat, we will send a link to an informative app including the schedule and any particular clothing guidelines. Bring activewear suitable to the climate of your chosen retreat, some cute pjs for game night, and a nice outfit to go to dinner in. We will also have a photo shoot or two, so refer to your app for a “style board” for each shoot!
What is the age range of the women on your retreats?
We welcome women of a wide age range on our retreats, but generally, women are in the twenty-thirty range. Older teens are also welcome, and in the past, some have decided to join with their mothers for a fun mother-daughter getaway!
How do I pay for the retreat?
We use an easy payment method called Pocket Suite, you can literally pay through a text message!
Do you offer payment plans?
We definitely do! We know traveling can be an investment, so we make it easy to pay for your trip with manageable monthly payments. $250 reserves your spot and the final payment is due 3 weeks before the retreat.
