Join Sunbird Retreats as we re-center ourselves and set intentions with the full moon. We will align our body and minds with some yoga and a sound bath before taking an exhilarating ride through the Texas hill country on the state’s only alpine coaster. Throw in a game night, and an iconic float down the Comal river… it’s the weekend away you’ve been dreaming of!

Sample Itinerary
day ONE
Arrive by 5pm for yoga with the girls! We will get to know each other over a home cooked meal, a game night and some much needed time under the stars.
day TWO
Start the day off right with some yoga and intention setting. We will make vision boards before lunch, and then head off to ride the Cliff Carver alpine coaster at Camp Fimfo. Dinner in town and a full moon ceremony to follow!
Day Three
Our last morning will be spent on the river. We will grab tubes (and beverages?) and spend approximately 3hrs floating our cares away. We will share our final lunch together and wave goodbye to our glorious rejuvenating weekend!

FAQ
Is transportation included?
Transportation to the retreat location is not included. We have women attending from all over, so please arrange for your own transportation to the retreat.
Will food be provided?
We provide daily breakfast and will have snacks to share throughout the duration of the retreat!
What does “shared accommodation” mean?
We spend the entire weekend (or week) together for our retreats, so that means we will be all staying together in a shared home. Most often, retreat members will be sharing a king/queen sized bed with another attendee. If you did not book this trip with your bestie, no worries, you may be surprised at how quickly we get to know each other!
What should I bring?
Before each retreat, we will send a link to an informative app including the schedule and any particular clothing guidelines. Bring activewear suitable to the climate of your chosen retreat, some cute pjs for game night, and a nice outfit to go to dinner in.
What is the age range of the women on your retreats?
We welcome women of a wide age range on our retreats, but generally, women are in the twenty to mid-thirty range. Older teens are also welcome, and in the past, some have decided to join with their mothers for a fun mother-daughter getaway!
How do I pay for the retreat?
For this retreat, we will be accepting payment via Venmo, for convenience. If you do not have Venmo, please inquire about alternate methods of payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
We definitely do! We know traveling can be an investment, so we make it easy to pay for your trip with manageable monthly payments. $250 reserves your spot and the final payment is due one month before the retreat.
